Discovery consulting

Many organizations approach AI with assumptions about feasibility, cost, or required tooling that do not hold up under operational constraints.

Discovery consulting is a structured evaluation phase used to test assumptions, surface constraints, and determine whether proposed approaches are viable before commitments are made.

Implementation and applied work

Where discovery supports proceeding and there is a fit, consulting may extend into implementation as a separate engagement.

Implementation work focuses on applied AI systems for business operations, including workflow design, retrieval- based systems, and decision-support architectures, scoped according to the constraints identified during discovery.

Implementation is not assumed. It is undertaken only when the problem definition, constraints, and responsibilities are sufficiently clear.

Engagement boundaries

Consulting engagements are intentionally bounded. Scope, timeline, and responsibilities are defined before work begins.

Discovery and implementation are separate engagements. Discovery may conclude with no recommendation to proceed, or with findings intended for internal teams or third-party implementers.
